Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We ship to PO Boxes, however due to recent regulations with the
Military we do not ship to APO/FPO.

What if I entered an incorrect address?

We use address validation. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us
immediately after the order has been placed. We ship all our orders on the same day their placed.

How do I track my shipping status?

A confirmation message should have been sent to your registered email address with tracking information. If you do not find the confirmation email, please head to our Contact Page and get in touch with us.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, SOL Botanicals is shipping to the Continental US, and Hawaii.

How long does your shipping take?

We have 100% free shipping. Upon registering to our website, the introductory shipping method is USPS Ground, with the opportunity to upgrade to the follwing: USPS First-Class arrives in 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail arrives in 2-3 business days.
USPS Express arrives in 1 business day.
UPS Ground arrives in 3-5 business days.
UPS 2 Day Air arrives in 2 business days.
UPS Next Day Air arrives in 1 business day.

Why is my tracking number not showing in transit?

All orders are processed and shipped by 4 p.m. EST. Please allow 6-8 hours for USPS to scan all packages and update their website. In rare occassions USPS packages miss its central hub scan and there is no movement for 24-48 hours. If you haven’t seen movement within 3-4 days, please contact our Customer Care department.


How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in contact with us as soon as possible. We have a same-day shipping policy and all our orders are sent for shipping before 4 p.m. EST.

Where is my order?

Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders. If you see the confimed order but haven't received a confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

An eGift Card works like any other gift card except you receive an electronic coupon code instead of a physical card. Our eGfit Cards are dicounted by 10% which means increased purchasing power for you.
